1. Brief introduction of the equipment
This machine is designed on the basis of absorbing the technology of this kind of equipment in and abroad. With circulating cooling, its temperature of bottle entering is 80-90, bottle exiting temperature 30. Cooling temperature parameter: When enter the equipment the central temperature is 40, and when leave it is below 30.
2. Machine composition and operational principle
This machine is composed of moving link joint, machine body, water circulation system and electric controlled system. The frequency conversion motor brings along the square shaft to circumgyrate through reducer and then the chain. The chain wheel of the square shaft brings along the plastic link joint. As long as the cooled bottles enter the plastic link joint, they will be in the spray section and arrange neatly automatically. And then they are washed and cooled. There are atomized nozzles in the upper zone of cooling area. Cool water, entering through spray pump, is for cooling the bottles. Then the water flows to the chamfer for duty-cycle operation.
