5 Gallon Drinking Water Filling Machine

QGF series washer/filler/capper 3in1 monobloc model is used for 3/5gallon barrel filling pure water production line, the whole machine gets the functions of washing, filling and capping together, combining advanced technology of America, German and Italy, it is the ideal equipment for producing mineral water, distilled water and pure water.

Main Feature:
This filling line specailly produces 3 gallon, 5 gallon barreled drinking water, those types are from 80b/h to 1200b/h. It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of wasshing and sterilizing by means of liquid, washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer, and washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.
This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy, also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging. It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatic technologies together.
